DAY 1: Day 01: CUSCO -ABRA MALAGA - SANTA MARIA

We will come to pick you up from your accommodation at approximately six in the morning and take you on a tour of the breathtaking Sacred Valley of the Incas. Take in the stunning panoramas of the Vilcabamba and Vilcanota mountain ranges, as well as the quaint little settlements that dot the landscape of the Sacred Valley, and marvel at the beauty of the landscape.

After a trip of two hours, we will make a stop in the old Inca village of Ollantaytambo. During this stay, you will be provided with breakfast, and you will also have the opportunity to stretch your legs and use the facilities. Following that, we will proceed to drive upward until we reach the Abra Malaga Pass, which is located at an elevation of 4,350 meters (14,271 feet). DAY 2: day 02: SANTA MARIA - SANTA TERESA

Welcome to the second day and begin one of the most incredible and memorable days of your life with a delicious and nutritious breakfast at 6:00 a.m.

The trail we will be hiking today is one of the most unforgettable parts of the entire adventure. The first part of the trail is a 45-minute walk along the bus route before reaching the original Inca Trail. This trail once served as a connection for agricultural products between Machu Picchu and Vilcambamba, the most recent Inca capital.

As we travel along the trail we will stop frequently to appreciate the plantations of bananas, coca, yucca, cacao, coffee, and much more. Over the course of our 3-hour trek along the ancient Inca trail, we will enjoy breathtaking views of the Vilcanota Valley, as well as the hills covered with diverse jungle plants

We will have lunch at a restaurant in the village of Qellomayo before starting on the trail near the Vilcanota River, a short break to relax and regain strength, after three hours of hiking we will arrive at the famous thermal baths of Santa Teresa in a natural outdoor paradise where you can relax your tired muscles and take a well-deserved shower.

After half an hour of hiking, we arrive at Santa Teresa where our hiking is over for the day, we will spend the night in a picturesque hostel and have dinner in a local restaurant.

DAY 3: day 03: SANTA TERESA - HIDROELECTRICA - AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN

Get up bright and early at 6:30 in the morning, refuel with breakfast, and get ready for a day jam-packed with exciting activities. You may expect to be picked up by the zipline company at approximately 8:00 a.m. and driven to the base of the zipline. Start your exhilarating two-hour trip with a quick orientation, and then fly into the air on one of four different ziplines and a suspension bridge.

After you’ve gotten your fill of the adrenaline rush that comes with ziplining, it’s time to reward yourselves with a meal at Hidroelectrica, which is a one-hour drive away. Following lunch, set out on a picturesque three-hour walk to the village of Aguas Calientes, which follows the train tracks. After you have arrived, check into your hotel and get some rest.

Indulge in a delectable meal at one of the area’s restaurants starting at seven o’clock, and then make your way back to the hotel for a restful night’s sleep. Awaiting your arrival to the spectacular Machu Picchu, you should get an early start on the following day.

When traveling to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes, upon arrival at the Main Gate: From Aguas Calientes, there are two different routes one can take to go to the main gate of Machu Picchu. You have the option of going on a lovely walk that will take you 1.5 hours or taking a bus ticket that will cost you $12. The decision is entirely up to you, and you can even make it on the same day that you want to travel to Machu Picchu if you so choose. Your day will start bright and early at 4 a.m. with a delectable breakfast at your hotel in Aguas Calientes, regardless of the activity you select from the options available to you.
